These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the ZeAI platform, including all features, AI tools, and associated services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any business entity you represent. If you are signing up on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business. We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you by email at least 14 days before a material change takes effect.
ZeAI is a property sourcing and pipeline management tool for Australian buyer's agents and property professionals. It helps you manage client briefs, track property pipelines, generate financial summaries, and access AI-assisted analysis.
The platform uses Google Gemini AI models to generate responses. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for independently verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it or sharing it with your clients.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share login credentials with unauthorised parties or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. The platform uses passwordless magic-link authentication — we do not store passwords. We may suspend accounts we reasonably believe are being used in breach of these Terms.
Free Plan. Available at no cost, subject to usage limits (currently: 2 active briefs, 25 properties, 50 leads, 5 invoices/month, 25 AI requests/day). We may adjust these limits on 14 days' notice.
Paid Plans. Currently offered manually during our Beta period. Pricing and billing terms will be confirmed in writing at the time of upgrade. The platform is in Beta — features may change, and we may modify functionality with reasonable notice for material changes.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform, including client briefs, property records, invoices, and communications. We hold a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the platform to you. We do not sell your data.
AI processing. When you use AI features, your inputs are sent to Google's Gemini API for processing outside Australia. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Client data. If you input personal information about your clients, you are responsible for ensuring you have authorisation to process that data and that your clients are aware their information is processed using third-party software tools.
We own all intellectual property in the platform, including software, AI models, and ZeAI branding. We grant you a non-exclusive licence to use the platform during your subscription. You own all intellectual property in your data. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your data to us.
You must not:
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we exclude all implied warranties about the platform; (b) our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the greater of fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or AUD $500; (c) we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of revenue, opportunity, or data.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
By you. Cancel at any time by contacting us at support@zeai.com.au.
Data on termination. We retain your data for 30 days after termination, during which you may request an export. After 30 days, your data is deleted from production systems. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days in our disaster recovery systems.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution within 30 days before commencing proceedings.
